Collin is a Vice President based in Northmarq’s Manhattan office focused on structuring debt and equity for Multifamily transactions. Prior to joining the team in New York, he ran Production for the eastern half of the US for Northmarq’s Fannie Mae lending platform. In that role Collin closed over $1.75B in Fannie Mae transactions. Collin has over a decade of Commercial Real Estate experience and worked for Freddie Mac and Wells Fargo prior to joining Northmarq in 2016. Collin holds a B.S. in Finance from Virginia Tech and a Masters in Real Estate from Georgetown.
