Senior Principal, New York Regional Leader, Health Care, HOK

Mr. Korsh is a Senior Principal of HOK. He serves as a member of the Practice Leadership Team and is the New
York Regional Healthcare Practice Leader. His responsibilities include the Healthcare Consulting Practice embedded
within the firm. This specialty practice provides our clients with strategic guidance in charting the future of their
services, locations and anticipates the changing face of demand volume and revenue.

Chris has over 30 years of experience leading teams and delivering projects, with the majority being in the healthcare
sector. During the 25 years Mr. Korsh has been with HOK, he has worked on many significant projects, both public
and private. They include The Harlem Hospital Center Modernization in New York, NY, various projects at New York
Presbyterian Hospital and for Memorial Sloan Kettering, multiple projects for RWJ Barnabas/Rutgers including the
new Rutgers Cancer Institute of New Jersey in New Brunswick, NJ, The Penn Medicine-Princeton Medical Center
Replacement in Plainsboro, NJ, both the Rhode Island Hospital and Miriam Hospital for Lifespan Health System in
Providence, RI, multiple projects with HCA including the new Methodist Stone Oak Hospital in San Antonio, TX, as
well as the new James Cancer Hospital for Wexner Health on the Ohio State University campus..

Chris has delivered projects for both large and small institutional systems, for profit and not for profit clients as well as
private developers. He is recognized as a leader in the healthcare design and construction industry and is a frequent
speaker at healthcare industry events both national and internationally.


Chris is a graduate of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, registered architect and a LEED accredited professional.
