Chris Pollock is a Principal and the Americas Technical Services Portfolio Leader based in our New York office. He joined Arup in 2016 and has over 20 years’ experience leading and successfully delivering acoustics and audiovisual services through strategic design input and planning. Using creativity and communication, Chris brings his extensive technical expertise to the unique challenge that each project team faces. He is a champion for wellbeing and sustainability and leads the delivery of innovative technical services for a team of specialist designers and consultants. Chris is a guest lecturer on acoustics, sustainability, and wellness topics for The New School, Pratt University, University of Florida, and notable others. Chris has also contributed to the WELL building Sound Advisory since its inception and continues to support and advance wellness initiatives for buildings and design. Recent and ongoing projects include the outdoor performance venue at North Waterfront Park in Wilmington, North Carolina, The Hirshhorn Museum and Sculpture Garden Revitalization, and the WELL certified fit out for DNB Bank at 30 Hudson Yards in New York City.
