My name is Catherine Mason. I am 31 years old and recently celebrated 8 years in the industry. I began my journey as an office assistant for a general contractor and worked my way up to accept a project management position for one of the biggest mechanical sub-contractors in NYC at just the age of 25. My journey has been challenging yet rewarding and I will continue defeating the odds succeeding as a woman in a male dominated industry.
