Brandon Smith holds a decade of experience in the construction industry, specializing in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (M/E/P). A Mechanical Engineering Technology graduate from The University of North Carolina at Charlotte and a Captain in the United States Army Reserve, Brandon currently serves as the Regional M/E/P Lead for the New York City Metro Region. In this role, he provides specialized expertise to our project team from the preliminary design stages to the project turnover and warranty phases. Brandon’s capabilities include systems evaluation, document review, quality assurance, implementation of indoor air quality programs, commissioning support and staff training. Brandon has successfully managed projects for notable clients, including The Hackley School, Hines Properties, U.S. General Services Administration, United States Secret Service, Department of Homeland Security, and the U.S. Navy Nuclear Power School.
