Bob Murphy is CBRE’s Property Management Director of Engineering for over 40 million square feet of office, industrial, and retail assets in the New York Metro region.  He provides technical oversight for engineering operations and heads up their ESG Advisory practice. He has a successful track record of identifying cost-saving initiatives and securing utility incentives, Bob's dedication to safe and efficient building operations has earned him numerous awards for energy efficiency, including Energy Project of the Year and Institutional Energy Management of the Year through the Association of Energy Engineers. He holds degrees in accounting and HVAC design and is a Certified Energy Manager and Certified Building Commissioning Professional.
