Ms. Butler has more than 19 years of construction industry experience. As Director of Safety, Health & Environment, she travels from one job site to the next, safeguarding and protecting AECOM Tishman's projects, including staff, contractors, and the public. She supports project proposals, Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) reviews, training, budgets, and program development.

Belinda’s other responsibilities include maintaining and updating project databases, which track, analyze and resolve violations issued by the New York City Department of Buildings, Department of Transportation, Environmental Control Board and Department of Environmental Protection. She ensures all projects are in compliance with applicable standards and provides appropriate recommendations to encourage a safer job site, including coordinating professional development programs and conducting quarterly safety operation meetings with project leadership.
