Anthony Falcone is a professional associate and senior civil engineer at HDR with 29 years of experience in civil, transportation, and utility engineering. He has been project manager or lead technical designer of a number of complex multifaceted engineering projects for MTA, NJT, PANYNJ, NYCDEP, NYCDPR, NYCDOT, NYCDDC, and NYCEDC.  He was lead civil designer for resiliency projects at NYCT 148th Street Yard, NYCT 207th Street Yard, and the VA Medical Center Manhattan campus.
