Annie Evangelakos is a Project Manager for Sustainable Buildings within JLL's Project and Development Services team. With a focus on enhancing the built environment, Annie guides clients across the United States in achieving sustainability and wellness building certifications for both individual projects and extensive portfolios. Her expertise enables clients to not only meet but exceed their sustainability goals, fostering healthier, more efficient spaces. Annie's portfolio encompasses a wide range of projects, including mixed-use commercial, retail, and interior fit-out. She has successfully managed projects seeking certifications such as LEED, WELL, Fitwel, WELL Health-Safety, and Zero Carbon.​ Since joining JLL in September 2023, Annie has made a significant impact, helping manage the LEED and Zero Carbon certification programs for a high-profile, confidential financial services client on a national scale. Based in New York City, Annie brings a metropolitan perspective to her role, combining local insights with global sustainability trends. Annie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sustainable Development and Environmental Science from Columbia University.
