Andrew Peters
Andrew has over 25 years of experience, across three continents, and is educated in quantity surveying from the United Kingdom. Andrew is the director of Currie & Brown’s New York office where he oversees operations and provides executive and quality control oversight for all projects performed by the New York office. Andrew is also the national lead for Currie & Brown’s education and commercial real estate sectors.
Andrew’s 19 years of experience in the New York market has seen him provide quantity surveying and cost management services on a wide variety of projects and sectors including: the master planning for the world trade center site, design and consulting services on the National September 11 Memorial and Museum at the world trade center site, an iconic toy store in Rockefeller Center; projects at all three major airports serving NYC, over 200 higher education projects encompassing labs, classrooms, administrative spaces, dormitories and high performance spaces for music, dance, & film, hospitality projects including hotels, stadia and restaurants, residential & commercial developments.
