Andrew co-heads the Nonprofit, Education & Government practice at JLL, where his team partners with nonprofits to help ensure the real estate is aligned with the organizational mission. The specialty practice solves these complex real estate challenges on behalf of hospitals, educational, religious institutions, social service organizations, charities, and associations. With thoughtful preparation and meticulous execution, his team supports clients through every phase of a real estate project – strategic planning, demographic analysis, labor analytics, zoning analysis, site selection, financial analysis, negation and closing. Notable clients include Yeshiva University, Weill Cornell Medicine, KIPP NYC Charter Schools, Robin Hood Foundation, Children’s Village, Housing Works and the Reece School. In his free time, Andrew serves on the junior board “i.e. YLC” of Billion Oyster Project, a nonprofit dedicated to restoring the marine ecosystems in and around NY Harbor.
