Amen Mukhlis of the New York Metropolitan Transportation Authority, is a Lead Civil Engineer and a Construction Manager working for railroad and heavy civil, infrastructure public projects. With diverse experience base and knowledge of rail and complex infrastructure projects as well as his experience with alternative delivery and management system such as Design-Build and owner management approach, Amen has helped deliver several critical projects in response to severe weather events in the New York metropolitan area, including several studies, design and construction of Flood resiliency and flood Control projects as part of the Superstorm Sandy Recovery and Resiliency Program for the Metropolitan Transportation Authority.  Amen has also played a key role in several major railroad infrastructure planning, design, and construction in his capacity as of a civil engineer.
