Alto Dogan is a construction professional with over 26 years of experience in heavy civil construction projects, ranging from estimating to construction project management. As a Senior Project Manager, he has successfully completed numerous public improvement projects safely, on time, and under budget, achieving high client satisfaction. His clients include, but are not limited to, MTA, NYSBA, NJT, NJDOT, NYCDEP, NYSDOT, NYCDOT (movable bridges), LIPA, and NYCEDC. He has extensive MTA experience, including the 207th Street Sewer Relocation, the renewal of nine stations on the IND Culver Line, the elevated line structural rehabilitation and overcoat painting of J-Line and the elevated line overcoat painting of Flushing Line projects.
