Allison is the sustainability manager within the Design and Innovation team at Assembly OSM, a modular design/build start-up based in New York. She currently directs the development and implementation of sustainability initiatives. Allison brings diverse expertise spanning architecture, sustainable design, building performance simulation, and biology to her role at Assembly. Previously, she worked as an architectural designer and sustainability consultant at renowned firms, including SHoP Architects and Terrapin Bright Green. Allison holds a M.Arch degree from Cornell University and a bachelor's degree from Washington University in St. Louis with a double major in architecture and biology.
