Alana is the Social Outcomes Services Lead (North America Region) and Senior ESG Advisory Specialist at Mott MacDonald, a global engineering, management, and development consultancy.

Alana works together with engineers, consultants, and clients from across the business to deliver on the company’s responsibility to plan, design, build, and manage projects and programs that benefit society and the planet. Her current focus is on social outcomes and equity in engineering — how we integrate outcomes into project delivery that benefit the diverse needs of infrastructure users and surrounding communities.

Alana has over 17 years of experience in providing environmental, social, and corporate governance (ESG) management and advisory services for international infrastructure projects, with extensive experience in renewable energy projects.
