Aislinn McGuire is the General Counsel for the Contractors Association of Greater New York (CAGNY), a multi-employer association comprised of some of the top construction managers in New York City, including Turner Construction, Pavarini McGovern, Lendlease, Hunter Roberts Construction Group, Cauldwell Wingate, and Plaza Construction.  She is also a partner with Kauff McGuire & Margolis LLP (KMM), a law firm which focuses exclusively on management side labor and employment and immigration law.  Aislinn is also counsel to the Association of Contracting Plumbers and the Insulation Contractors Association and serves as employer trustee counsel for union fringe benefits funds and has been representing clients in the construction industry for over 18 years.  She is Vice Chair of Non-Traditional Employment for Women and on the Board of Pathways to Apprenticeships.
