Adam is driven to improve his clients’ energy environments while reducing the impact on the climate and their balance sheets. His design process is informed by his ability to think both creatively and logically, leading to innovative, high-performance designs. With a strong vision and balanced judgment, he leverages the assets, skills, and needs of all stakeholders in designing solutions. Adam is responsible for developing go-to-market strategies for P3 projects and originating novel thermal energy storage tax credit applications. He is known for effectively communicating complex technical concepts and navigating stakeholder dynamics. Adam was awarded AEE’s International Energy Engineer of the Year and recognized as a Crains NY Notable Leader in Sustainability.
