In this session we will look at the benefits of being in a Mentor/Mentee relationship for both members of the union. Plus we will specifically look at how to build confidence, giving you the confidence you need to be the very best version of you, and why you should never be silent.

At Women in BIM (WIB) we strive to elevate the confidence of women in the construction industry. One of the ways to achieve this is through creating opportunities for more WIB to connect and support each other.
