Work nears completion on One Wall Street
The largest office-to-residential conversion in New York City’s history is being developed by Macklow Properties and is estimated to cost approximately $1.5 billion! The 564 foot tall Art Deco skyscraper will be converted into a multi-story structure and include a 44,000 square foot Whole Foods Market and fitness centre on the lower levels. The new project is estimated to yield around 566 new residential units. The final installation on its exterior has been wrapped up but construction elevators remains as interior work continues.
