The Rheingold Senior Residences, which broke ground earlier this month at 15 Monteith Street, will feature 94 apartments in a mix of studio and one-bedroom layouts at completion. All of the planned residences will be restricted to rent by older adults, with one third of the apartments reserved for formerly homeless seniors. Magnusson Architecture and Planning is designing the eight-story development, which will include lounges on each floor, a rear yard, and a rooftop deck.

Completion of construction is expected in 2023.
