Renderings from IN-OA Architecture depict a seven-story building with eye-catching cantilevers and setbacks, floor-to-ceiling windows, and glass terraces.

The seven-story building will feature two fellowship halls on the first floor, community facility space on the second, and 31 apartments starting on the third floor. In addition to the private terraces in several units, amenities are to include a roof terrace, bike room, and 18-car parking garage.
