3 Sutton Place is an 847-foot-tall residential skyscraper located in Midtown East. Designed by Thomas Juul-Hansen and developed by Gamma Real Estate, the 62-story tower will yield 121 residential units with sweeping views of Manhattan. The completion date hasn't been announced but is estimated to be some time at the end of 2021 or early 2022.
