The seven story property will include a mixture of one, two, three bedroom units including several townhouses and penthouses on the top floor. The residents will have a private outdoor area and be able to enjoy on site facilities such as a fitness center, landscapes roof desk, a lounge and much more. 

The professional team involved in this project include Gemini Rosemont, Broadway Construction Corp, Fogarty Finger architect and interiors design firm, Desimone Consulting Engineers, the project’s Structural Engineer, and VENTROP ECG the project’s mechanical engineer. Gemini Rosemont acquired the site last spring at $18.2 million.
