The first phase of redevelopment at 95 Columbus has finally been completed. The building designed by Spector Group will consist of common areas, a double-height glass entry and 35 foot ceiling spans. The vision for 95 Columbus is to create a contemporary and inspiring work environment.
The second phase of the redevelopment will include a lobby with greenery, Wi-Fi access and a large bike storage room, as well as showers. 95 Columbus will have an automated digital access for elevators, and entries that require little to no contact for tenants.
