Designed by Issac & Stern Architects and developed by Tun Kyaw, 249 East 50th Street is a 15-story residential building in Turtle Bay. The residential structure will yield 29 condominium units spread across 50,000 square feet. Since May, all of the scaffolding and netting have been removed to reveal the look of the facade. The first six stories will house four units per floor and is estimated to open some time before the end of the year.
