New York Build 2021 Moving to 45% Bigger Hall and Will Feature New York's First OPEN CITY DAY for the Construction & Real Estate Industries
Governor of New York, Andrew Cuomo, has said the redevelopment of the Javits Center, will be ‘substantially complete’ by March 2021 and is ‘another milestone in our redevelopment of New York’.
After moving into new halls and selling out of exhibition space for each of the last 3 years. New York Build 2021 is moving to a 45% bigger hall to accommodate a minimum of 400 exhibitors in the redeveloped Javits Center.
The day after the Expo, New York Build will be taking over Manhattan for NY’s first-ever OPEN CITY DAY for the construction industry.
Architecture, engineering, construction (AEC) and real estate organizations will open their doors. With a series of events across New York.
Each organization that acts as host will deliver cutting-edge content from their offices, immersive experiences, and guided tours. They will also showcase the latest projects they are working on, meet with prospective new clients, and discuss career opportunities.
A route map of events across New York will start near Hudson Yards, the biggest private real estate development in American history, and include a range of events spanning across Manhattan.
Event Director of New York Build, Abigail Jackson has said: 'We're delighted to see a substantial hall size increase for New York Build 2021. This will make the show an event of significant scale with even more features, content and exhibitors than ever before. Our Open City Day will be an exciting opportunity for New York Build to take over the city for a new kind of event experience'.
