As a Senior Alliance Director, I am responsible for providing facilities and operations support to large corporate clients. My role is to ensure that I understand my client’s mission and their top priorities, and the creation of an alliance plan that clearly articulates how my team’s actions support the mission and execution of their priorities. I act as a Trusted Advisor, serving as a key strategist and problem-solver, ensuring things run efficiently with a focus on expertise, leadership, and relationship-building to drive operational excellence.

I was also selected to participate in ilm’s Level 7 - Strategic Leadership and Management. This program is designed for senior managers and leaders to develop advanced strategic thinking, leadership skills, and the ability to manage complex organizational situations at a high level; essentially, it signifies the highest level of leadership and management competency within the ilm framework, comparable to a Master’s degree level of study.
