As the Enterprise Client Success Manager, I conduct telecommunications and internet sales to end-users, utilizing my understanding of ordering, provisioning, and billing processes to provide prompt service and meet customer needs. Subsequently, I assess customer reports, leveraging knowledge of switched service networks (SSN), dedicated products, and the associated end-user applications to provide direct assistance or escalate the issues to specialized personnel. Furthermore, I manage a portfolio of named accounts by performing proactive services to provide competitive pricing solutions, renew agreements, and turn yearly clients into long-term subscribers. Throughout the operations, I initiate discussions with C-level executives to provide information regarding sales performance and formulate strategies to improve service delivery, elevate customer satisfaction, and reduce churn.
