ALA Studio is a full service architecture and interior design firm that emphasizes deep listening and hands-on collaboration with clients, treating each project as an opportunity to foster a client’s creativity. 

The NYC-based studio serves clients who are looking to rethink traditional healthcare, retail, office, hospitality and cultural spaces, whether they be established organizations or startups and entrepreneurs.

Clients include Bloomberg, Princeton University, Christian Louboutin, Red Bull, Rent the Runway, and The Wing. While ALA’s projects range in scale and type, they all share ALA’s minimalist and playful design vocabulary, and seamlessly combine comfort, wellness, smart planning and fresh interior design concepts.

Founded by Alda Ly in 2017, ALA is a certified Minority & Woman-owned Business Enterprise (M/WBE) in NYC. ALA has been featured nationally and internationally in publications such as Metropolis, Interior Design, and Wallpaper*, and has received awards from Fast Company, Healthcare Design & Interior Design.
