Rajas Karnik, AIA, LEED AP, NOMA is the President and co-founder of Build Out Alliance, a non profit organization that promotes and advocates for the LBGTQ+ community in the building design and construction industry. He grew up in Mumbai, India where he received his G.D Arch at the Academy of Architecture. After working for a year, he moved to the United States to attend graduate school at the Texas A&M University and then moved to New York. Rajas is also part of the AIA Diversity and Inclusion committee and works at Gensler.
