Julianne Jarvis, MBA, Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner and works closely with team members and clients as the Corporate Diversity Lead for John P. Picone on several projects. She maintains company-wide training, and awareness to increase MWDBE-SDVOB procurement, compliance, and engagement. Julianne achieves strategy targets through multi-stakeholder engagement to achieve operational goals. She believes that diversity in corporate sustainability should be central to a firms’ strategic development. This can make a difference in supply-chains through better partnerships with suppliers, employees, partners, and customers. Julianne has over 20 years of global experience in organizational change to increase sustainability measures, strategic partnerships, and supplier-diversity initiatives. She is a member of the International Society of Sustainability Professionals and the Professional Women in Construction.
