These are things I've done and things I consider myself, but are not what I am. I am a CRE professional that's obsessed with, at the micro, creating a new strong development and capital fund that would allow for free or free-adjacent living spaces for the homeless and for those that are seeking help and attention. It's a massive goal that needs to fundamentally be massive, so as to not be taken advantage by bigger players.
