Nina Gotlieb - Actual Size Projects
Nina Gotlieb is an interior designer working primarily in hospitality and wellness. She started her career working for world-renowned firms AvroKO and Roman and Williams, followed by a tenure with Starwood Hotels.
Most recently, she served as Director at West Elm in support of two new commercial businesses for the brand. Her expertise in hospitality was leveraged to build a hotel brand from scratch, overseeing all interior and FF&E design, in addition to helping build design standards and roll-out strategies. Additionally, Nina led design in support of a new cross-branded B2B business for Williams Sonoma, Inc, developing both core and seasonal products for the contract world, using her experience in hospitality to inform how best to fill gaps in the market. Her work building these innovative businesses helped earn her the coveted Wave of the Future honor in 2019 from Hospitality Design Magazine, an award that recognizes game-changing designers who are young enough to be considered visionary, but tested enough to be accomplished.
Getting back to her roots in experience-driven design, Nina is currently working on hotel and wellness projects around the world for brands including Auberge Resorts and The Well. Her solo work has been featured in publications such as Vogue, WSJ, Vanity Fair, Travel and Leisure, Surface, and Hospitality Design.
