Mr. Schneider is a Vice President in PS&S’ Yonkers Office bringing over 35 years’ experience in the public sector to PS&S. His experience includes hazardous materials, water/wastewater/civil engineering and expertise in zoning, municipal codes and operation as well as the International Building Codes. He is responsible for business development, client contacts, project liaison and provides technical support to staff and clients in his areas of expertise. Mr. Schneider began his career with the USEPA Region II Remedial Action Branch. Later, enjoyed 15 years at the Westchester County Health Department leading various environmental quality programs and most recently 16 years with the City on Yonkers as Deputy and then Commissioner of Housing and Buildings. Mr. Schneider joined PS&S in 2018. Since then he has had an incredible impact on the wider team, especially within the Land Development Division. He was recently promoted to Vice President; a testament to his hardwork and dedication.
