Michan Architecture
Based in Mexico City, Michan Architecture is one of the top emerging architecture firms in North America with a portfolio of multi-family residential and restaurant projects. The firm’s accolades include a 2020 Architectural League Prize for Young Architects + Designers and Architectural Record’s Design Vanguard 2019. In 2022, Michan Architecture won two international competitions including a new Garden and Scenic Pavilion in Bosque de Chapultepec, one of the largest city parks in Mexico, which is under construction. Most recently, DL1310 Apartments, a mid-market 7-unit residential building, won a 2021AIA New York Honor Award and a 2019 Progressive Architecture P/A Award. Prior to founding Michan Architecture, principal Isaac Michan Daniel studied architecture at Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico City and Pratt Institute in New York City.
