Of Possible Architectures
Of Possible Architectures is a creative design practice working across spheres of architecture, urbanism, social sculpture, and large scale public art. We regard architecture as a form of cultural currency and believe the most exciting moments in the history of art and architecture are the creation of new forms and uses of space.
Current projects include residential and commercial commissions across a variety of building types and scales. These include multi- and single family residential buildings, a mixed use development in upstate New York, a fast-casual restaurant concept, and Stage 2 development of a shortlisted competition entry for the Carbon Negative / Net Positive masterplan of Vermont’s capital.
Previous projects and partnerships include work with the NYC EDC, Staten Island Borough President’s Office, and Staten Island Arts Council to realize a new headquarters and gallery in the Staten Island Ferry Terminal, strategic planning and the design of a new multi-form gallery and offices for A.I.R. (the longest women’s run cooperative gallery in the United States), a mixed-use townhouse development in Winter Park, Florida, concept design for Chipotle, a coastal housing prototype for waterfront sites in New England, and research and design for libraries, schools, and museums.
