Lissa So is a founding Partner of Marvel Architects with over 20 years of experience. She is currently the partner in charge of such projects as 1 Clinton, a 36 residential story tower that will also house the new Brooklyn Public Library, Bank Street College of Education, and a new YMCA for the Edenwald Community in the Bronx.
Lissa is also leading design teams for the new home for TheaterSquared in Fayetteville, AR and a reconstruction of a historic Broadway theater. She collaborates with her clients to establish primary objectives from which all design proposals are evaluated. Her goal is to build innovative architecture that effortlessly accommodates the user and creates uniquely beautiful spaces. This is best shown in her AIA National Honor Award winning project St. Ann’s Warehouse.
