Senior Construction Safety Consultant
Guido Garbarino represents the third generation of his family involved in the construction of New York City. His mother’s father had immigrated from Ireland, entered the business here as a bricklayer, and advanced to become a top superintendent of the old George A. Fuller Company. Guido was assigned safety duties on a big hospital project just about the time OSHA and New York City Article 19 were becoming the law. He has, as many of us have, followed the work of Vin Friscia, Dean of Construction Safety, and, like Vin, valued photography as his learning and teaching implement.
