SPECIAL NOTICE FROM THE JAVITS:

Please be aware it is not the practice or the intention of the Javits Center to separate or have separated our Service Order Forms or Tool Kit for the following reasons:

  • It is a kit and we would like it presented as one complete unit.
  • When separated it has been proven over the years to cause more problems than help with the exhibitors. See examples below:
    1. Exhibitor will submit the Electrical Request without Payment Form.
    2. Exhibitor will submit the Payment Form without Telecommunication Form.
    3. Exhibitor will submit Decorator’s Payment Form with our Cleaning Form.
    4. Exhibitor sent Decorator our Payment Form.
    5. All of the above may and have resulted in the order or payment being received late and the exhibitor wanting the Advanced Rate. As stated on our Service Order Payment Form: “The Advanced rate will only be valid and processed for orders with payment postmarked, faxed or emailed 15 days prior to the show opening date.”
    6. Misdirected mail does not justify the advanced rate.

As you can see we have researched the separation of our forms over the years and have come up with a Javits Tool Kit to resolve this problem.  We kindly request you present the Javits Tool Kits PDF or the Service Forms hard copies as a unit.
