What sessions are accredited?
All 22 training workshops are AIA CES accredited to aid your professional development. For the full schedule, please refer to the program tab.
The Workshops are AIA CES Accredited – what does this mean and how does this work?
AIA CES has accredited all of our training workshops.
People are free to attend each of the workshops and will get scanned in and out of each session. As each of the attendees are recorded, we will issue (within 30 working days) a PDF certification which certifies the attendees training for that session. Each session equates to a single AIA point which can be added to one’s portfolio.
Do I need to reserve a place to attend in the conference/workshops? Is there a charge to attend?
The 2-day conference and training workshops are free to attend for all visitors. Session attendance will operate on a first-come, first-served basis. Please refer to the program and ensure that you arrive 5 minutes prior to these starting times.
Where can I find the final list of exhibitors/speakers?
The final list will be released in the coming weeks. However, you can stay up-to-date with those confirmed so far by visiting the respective exhibitors/speakers tab.
What are the Meet the Buyer sessions? Am I eligible to attend? How do I apply?
Meet the Buyer is a chance for exhibitors to meet and network with VIPs from across the industry. For more information, please click here.
What time does the event start/end?
Wednesday 15th March 2016 – 9.30 – 17.30
Thursday 16 March 2016 – 9.30 – 16. 30
What time does the conference/workshop/meet the buyer start and end?
These function areas don’t start until 10am on both days and finish at approximately 4.30pm. Please refer to the program tab for further details.
Are the conference or workshop presentations available to download after the event?
Do you have a list of attendees you can send me?
No. We cannot distribute this list.
Can I have the contact details of attendees?
No. We cannot distribute contact details.
When will I receive my badge?
Once you have registered, you should receive a confirmation email within 24 hours. If you do not receive this, please check your spam settings. The badges will be sent across as a barcode by email the week before the event.
I forgot to bring my barcode to scan – how do I get my name badge?
Simply provide your company name or your name to an attendant at the registration terminal and they will find your registration and print your name badge.

Do you have any partner hotels?
Yes. Partner hotels will be announced over the coming weeks. We will supply you with a code so that you can benefit from a generous discount.
