Is this event free to attend? Yes.
I have not registered and thinking to come just for day two, is this possible? Yes, you can register on the March 20th, even if you only plan to come for the afternoon. We have a jam packed agenda and the exhibition will be running right up until 4.30pm.

Why haven’t I received my ticket through the post/e-ticket/confirmation email? You should have received a confirmation email with a unique refer code from the email address: email@example.com. Please check your spam filters if you haven’t received it.
Can I edit my badge details? Yes, you can do so upon arrival at the registration desk. Yes, if you noticed a typo with your name or would like to change the email address that the confirmation email goes to, please let us know and we will get this sorted for you.
Can I change the email address my ticket is registered to? Yes, what’s your email address and I’ll get a team member to do that for you and re-send your confirmation email.
What time do the conferences and workshops start? Conference and workshop sessions run from 10:00AM and finish around 04.30PM on day 1. Conference and workshop session run from 10:00AM until around 04.00PM on day 2.
What sessions are accredited? All 10 training workshops are AIA CES accredited to aid your professional development. For the full schedule, please refer to the conference program tab.
How many learning units can I get from the workshop sessions? Each workshop session is worth 1 learning unit. They will need to scan in before each session to receive accreditation for each workshop session.
Are conference sessions accredited by the AIA? No, but all of our workshop sessions are and there are 2 workshops taking place simultaneously at the expo. You can find out all the details of these workshops in our show guide which is available on the homepage of our website: www.newyorkbuildexpo.com or you can pick up a show guide onsite upon arrival.
The Workshops are AIA CES Accredited – what does this mean and how does this work? AIA CES has accredited all of our training workshops. People are free to attend each of the workshops and will get scanned in and out of each session. As each of the attendees are recorded, we will issue (within 30 working days) a PDF certification which certifies the attendees training for that session. Each session equates to a single AIA point which can be added to one’s portfolio. You must be scanned in at every workshop you attend to receive your accreditation.
I’m not a registered AIA member, can I still receive credits? A certificate of participation for each session that you attend will be sent to you within two weeks after the show.
Do I need to reserve a place to attend in the conference/workshops? Is there a charge to attend? The 2-day conference and training workshops are free to attend for all visitors. Session attendance will operate on a first-come, first-served basis. Please refer to the program and ensure that you arrive 5 minutes prior to these starting times.

I've only registered for one of the summits, do I have access to all areas? Yes, one registration to any of the summits allows access to all of the expo.
If I just registered for networking event, can I attend New York Build expo? Yes – As long as you’ve registered for any of the events taking place within the expo, you will be able to gain entry into the expo for free. All the conference sessions, workshops and networking events are free within the ticket.

Where can I find the floor plan/exhibitor list? The floor plan/exhibitor list can be found within the show guide. Our show guide is available on our website for you to view – www.newyorkbuildexpo.com. Alternatively, you can pick up a printed show guide upon arrival which will include the floor plan.
Are the conference or workshop presentations available to download after the event? No.
Do you have a list of attendees you can send me? No. We cannot distribute this list.
Can I have the contact details of attendees? No. We cannot distribute contact details.
